The Body Holiday is a secluded adults-only all-inclusive beachfront village. Located on a stunning stretch of Cariblue Beach, the Body Holiday is a fully inclusive getaway, offering guests one spa treatment per person per day (day of arrival and departure excluded). The centerpiece of the Body Holiday is The Oasis, a beautiful and comprehensive centre of health and well-being. Here guests are given a schedule of pamering body treatments designed to relax and rejuvenate both mind and body.
When the Barnard family first created LeSPORT we wanted to design a holiday that had at its heart a set of key pillars - relaxation, restorative beauty, exercise and nutrition. This approach was revolutionary and has been at the forefront of the resort ever since.
At the very centre of this offering is the Wellness Centre. In 2008 and 2009 we were voted Top Spa in the Caribbean by Spa Finder's annual Reader Choice award. In 2009 Condé Nast Traveller voted us the second Best Spa Retreat Worldwide. Now in 2011 the readers of Condé Nast Traveller have voted again and we have won the Favourite Overseas Spa Retreat in the world.
